Handcrafted Mahogany Jewelry Box
This Mahogany Jewelry Box with Walnut drawer pulls was a real joy to make. I will be making many of these jewelry boxes using many different hardwoods and also pine and cedar. I will be using combinations of 2 different colored hard woods. If you have a preference these items can be ordered as a custom order with your own choice of either one or two different woods. Just keep in mind when using 2 hardwoods they should be close to the same texture of woods. I have been really enjoying the new items I have been making. I apologize that it has been a while since I last posted any of my work but things get a little hectic around here in June and it has calmed down some know. I will try my best to stay on track. They also are available in any wood combination if you have something special in mind. I will get some new crosses with more varieties of wood combination finished and added to the website. Whats New At Backyard Wood Designs?
A new website has been created. It is updated and new items are added on a regular basis. I would like to take a moment to invite you to take a look.
This site allows you to purchase items that I make and offer for sale at different craft fairs I attend during the year. There are several options available to order items custom made with your own preferences based on a different kind of wood that you might prefer or even an item just a little different than what you see. Many more new items to come soon!
If you have any questions in regards to an items availability either fill one of the forms available or just send a quick email.

I am so excited about 2013! I will be adding a variety of unique new handmade products not previously offered.
I will be posting from time to time about changes and new items we will be offering in 2013!
For those of you that live within driving distance of my shop can avoid shipping cost by making arrangements to pick up your order right from the shop, or at one of the craft fairs I will be attending.
I will be posting all public events that I will be attending.
